Where the orchestrator's code lives, versus the estate knowledge
Agent platforms and automation
Where the MMDEP controller runs (desktop, cloud VM, on-demand compute)
Hosting growth path, including running AI models
Move routine panel work to Google Apps Script; free Claude for project roles
One MMDEP: merge collector with the orchestrator, panel with the inbox, Gemini controller
Design, Code and Test harnesses; first real Gemini use; on-demand AI and compute vs subscriptions
Repo-based hand-offs, code preflight and model routing, label review, Claude delegation, code segregation (GitLab first) and satellite repositories
Open work packages for free agents and gig workers; indicative data class; extending subscriptions on demand
Low-memory coding models and helpers for old machines; automation triggers for the harness
GitLab compute minutes for sprint 2, group layout, and the online (machine-down) mode
Three process flows (phone PROCEED, browser attended, terminal unattended) and merging without per-PR approval
API in two lanes (production = high risk, staging = low risk) to double output without slowing other projects
Knowledge recovery from chats, agent memory in the repository, actions from agents, TEA and documentation modules
Worktrees per agent, Fabric for deploy and audit, Aider as a harness engine, Python tool list, and model routing by data class
Design documentation people and agents can both use (C4-as-code, MADR, rules/skills/MCP layers), and the two delivery workflows with fallbacks
Program-level controls: hub-and-spoke with MMDEP as the program hub; cross-project dependencies; impact analysis
Review of the external vetting (21 Oct): model pool with LiteLLM, server sizing, the cloud harness, and the three harness guardrails
