Sprint plan v3¶
Phase 1 harness order (Atul, 17 Oct 23:50): two harnesses first. Build Code + Test (routing block → mmdep jobs → pilot on MWMC) before converting ChatGPT agents to Design + Preflight (epic-level design); Claude acts as super-designer for 2–3 projects each. Nothing is allocated without a capacity and dependency check; Atul's time is limited while on vacation, so no new Design agent is started yet (DR-007 §3b).
Business priorities (Atul, 17 Oct 19:48): servicing = ULIP renewals and ULIP fund enhancement first; new business = MF SIPs, Health, Term, Motor. API order: duplicates/missing records → no direct database access (websites and MM-Cron on APIs) → full column documentation (OpenAPI), catalogue APIs first (category, product), then MF APIs, owned by MCRM → stgapi up. MM-Cron order: remove database dependency + logs → fund details for all AMCs (TER, fund size, inception date) → AMC performance and risk ratios → portfolio composition.
Value: revenue from servicing (Rs, near-term), revenue from new business (Rn, later), saving (S), risk removed (K), each H/M/L (BEP model: https://github.com/moneymarche-dev/MMDEP/blob/main/docs/plans/bep-model.md). Harness: D = Design (attended, browser), C = Code (attended / scheduled / burst), T = Test (laptop), P = programme (Claude PM). Ready: LLD exists and no unmet dependency at sprint start.
Sprint 0 — 15 to 18 Oct (done)¶
Offline Google Docs; ChatGPT scheduler findings (scheduled runs can't write); collector moved and merged (DR-6 phase 1); heartbeat with self-expiring flag and runner status; collector runs on wake, unlock and reconnect; agent rules §13–§14 (durable notes; always queue, never wait); PE #336 root cause (Windows zip paths); DR-007, DR-008, BEP skeleton.

Sprint 4 — 29 Nov to 12 Dec (backlog, not committed)¶
MM-Cron portfolio composition (priority 4); burst code mode (Codespaces) for one larger item; further catalogue families (Health, Motor); calculators and lead capture (WPDev, MWMC); MCRM CRM stream; GitHub segregation (branch rules, module repos); bot identities per agent; online MCP gateway design; AWS tools server only if heartbeat history shows the laptop offline too often (DR-004); SuiteCRM integration (lowest).
What moves the break-even soonest¶
Servicing first: PE client review (S1), renewal reminders (S2), factsheet pages for existing clients (S2), SIP alerts (S3). New business builds in parallel: SEO (S1), category and catalogue (S1–S2), factsheets (S2), calculators and lead capture (S4). Each sprint review shows the expected effect on the named metrics once BEP-1 figures arrive.
