Owner actions

• WPDev #123: the 19 Oct relay says this is a technical choice for WPDev, not an Atul business question. Recommended default: preserve known old addresses and return Not Found for unknown deep paths. Reconcile the stale collector label on the issue.
• Sandbox #27: the relay says WPDev should provide MWMC the route-checker source from its API study. No logins, forms, or production writes. Reconcile the stale collector label on the issue.
• MCRM #118: choose option A only after evidence links verify G2-ARCH-08 and XP-01..XP-08 closure; mark ASSUMED and report paths to #113.
• Portfolio Engine #309/#310: workbook inspection passed at head 700f65a6; CSV exports and visual review remain before acceptance.
• API data quality: production health route 404; scheme 120245 NAV has 3 duplicate dates and a 10-day gap; NIFTY 50 NAV has 10 duplicate dates; staging schemes returns 1 record, index NAV 404, active NFOs 500.
• WIP hygiene: API 23 MRs, MM-Cron 22, MCRM 56, webapp-sakai 6, website 6; several idle >14 days and multiple repos exceed the five-MR limit.
• Sprint 1 design → issues → preflight completion across API/MM-Cron, MWMC, MCRM, Portfolio Engine, and WPDev remains UNKNOWN until project files and issue routing blocks are verified.
