Drafts for the MMDEP governance repo (GitLab)¶
These are drafts of ADRs for the MMDEP governance repo (GitLab money-marche-group/money-marche-digital-engineering-program). Claude Code can't write to GitLab, so Atul submits them there as a merge request. Once they're accepted there, the GitLab copies are canonical, and this folder is deleted (golden rule 3: link, don't copy).

Check before submitting:
- These were drafted against the local copy of the governance repo at 1fabf11 (2026-09-06), which may be stale (git fetch fails authentication on this machine). Check that 004–006 are still the next free numbers.
- The format follows ADR-001 and ADR-002 (Title, Status, Context, Decision, Alternatives, Consequences, Related Records).
- Add the three rows to 06-Decisions/Decision-Register.md after acceptance, as its lifecycle says.
- In these drafts, "MMDEP orchestrator" is this repository, and "MMDEP governance repo" is the GitLab repository (item #21).
